Well, I bought my monkey
Some black bell-bottom pants
I took him to the club
And taught him how to dance
Hoo, hoo, now that monkey
Is funky as can be
He is so, so funny
'Cause he dances like me!!

Now we're packing them in
At all of our shows

To see that monkey go
He's a really big hit
You should hear the screaming girls
"Yeah, that monkey is IT!!

When we went through Dallas
That monkey caused a scene
He jumped out the window
Of our white limosine
He went through some motions
Down on Broadway and Main
You should've seen those Texans
Oh, they were goin' insane!!!!

Its too earliy for me
