rent... when you own you get messed up when you try to sell. Renting you don't have to worry about that, you can up and leave.

chocolate chip, would have been oreos if every damn body didn't love the hell out of some double stuffed bullshit... the single stuffed is the only good kind... but i accidentally snag the wrong one at someone's house.. and now i hate oreos usually.
