This type of poem is called an Alliteration in case you were interested.. Most common use of this style of writing is a tongue twister...

broadcasting burdens breakaway
broken-hearted; born-again breathe
buttress by burrowing beneath
brightening bleak biographies

bywords being; bygones be bygones

Something sweet
