Verbal Abuse
31 May, 2005
Author: Charmaine
Your words they sting,
I feel my heart bleeding.
You words they cut,
I feel scars on my skin.
Every word you say,
Every mean thing you do,
They stab into my heart,
And leave me with so much hurt.
I swallow the pain,
And endure the tears.
Never have I complained,
I simply kept it all in my heart.
Day by day,
As the time passes by,
And so I continue to endure,
This verbal abuse you inflict on me.
------- Author's Notes -------
The times you put me down and mock at me, they leave unremovable scars on me. I'm almost reaching the breaking point, this abuse you inflict is too much to bear. |

Believe me, I understand what you're saying. Yo comphrende! (Me and my terrible spanish!) As always girlie girl, juicy fruit poem! It's as sweet as the chewing gum! |
