The Scott Song
15 June, 2005
Author: Shorty
When you left I lost a part of me
I'm addicted to you
I think about it over and over again
You should be sorry that you broke my heart,
baby I'm a good girl and you had no right
Everywhere I am there you'll be
I'm living with the ghost of you and me
My heart only breaks when it's beating
I hate everything about you, why do I love you
I can't live a day without your face goin through my mind,
let me let go,
If this is for the best, why are you still in my heart, still in my soul
I don't want another lover at my door,
it's just another heart ache on my list
Everywhere I look, everywhere I turn, You're all I see
I pray to see you in another life, I pray that you're still by my side
I'd do anything just to hold you in my arms
I put your picture away, sat down and cried today,
I can't look at you while I'm lieing next to him
I believe in a thing called love
Nothin bout love makes sense
It only hurts when I'm breathing
I don't wanna know, If you were playin me,
keep it on the low because my heart can't take it anymore
You reminded me of better days
I just want to say I Love You, come back home
I walk a lonely road, the loneliest road that I have ever known
Without you, my life is incomplete
Sooner or later it's over, i just don't wanna miss you again
When everything's made to be broken I just want you to know who I am
I'm a survivor, I'm not gonna give up, I'm not gonna stop,
I'm gonna work harder
We belong together
Now I'm stronger than yesterday,
now it's nothin but a mile away
my loneliness aint killin me no more, I'm stronger
All because of you, you made me wanna change my life
No one can find the rewind button girl,
so cradle your head in your hands and breathe, just breathe
One more kiss could be the best thing,
but one more lie could be the worst
Let me go, just let me go
