I Never Knew Your Name

i never knew your name
all i know is
i am so glad i came
you asked me
why do i want to interfere?
why would i take risk ?
i would do this for anyone's child
in this life to each other
we are a part
and to each other we belong
God gave me many senses
but most of all
as a Mother
he gave me a heart and soul
a part of me
that is tucked away in a very safe place
it was Gods voice
that saved us both that day
i walked away not feelin' the same
and yet i never knew your name

my friend and i paid a visit to the young lady from the restaurant, sometimes for unknown reasons we are placed where he needs us when he caint be there( we were just going to sit at the park to talk,but his heart was tugged to this restaurant instead) she is doin' well ,oh and by the way, i finally got her name "Crissy" |
