If I Knew
20 October, 2003
Author: Clive B Ringshall
Would I Love you if I knew?
Would you be here If I knew?
Jealous I’m not, But truth I want,
Is being with me all a lie,
To say goodbye, Is easy too,
No I’ll not stop thinking about you,
But in a while I’ll know we’re through,
I close my eyes to what they see,
Just knowing you’re here can lie to me,
So for now I’ll close my eyes,
I’ll see you tomorrow within your lies.
