Farewell

The path of our journey together is splitting separate ways,
From here on,
We go in the opposites directions.
You go south,
I go north.
You go west,
And I, go east once more.
The two opposites who met on that faithful day,
Are repelling each other,
Like two magnets who won’t stick,
Negative and negative,
As positive and positive resist.
We were a negative n positive sometime ago,
But today,
We have become to similar in all kinds of ways.
Too attached I got, so farewell
Is hard to say,
You are too dear and you are too far away,
So I write this down instead.
I wish you all the best,
And hope we meet one day again
------- Author's Notes -------
I don't wish to dedicate to anyone in particular this piece, just thoughts that were in my head for a while, so I got them all down. I know this will get a few frowns, but please don't take this to heart. I do hope to see everyone when I come back... but this is just kinda “what if?” sorta thing. |
