i love how you hold me
when i need to be in your arms
i love how you love me
when i need your love

i love how you touch me
when i start to feelin' soooo alone

i love havin' your arms around me
as i drift off to sleep
when your arms are
far away in another state

i love the beat of your heart
when i feel it echo from mine

i feel so honored
to have you share
your love with me

so special is ,your touch
i am so grateful and thankful
to have you in my life

i appreciate you
in every way

my tears embraced
every lonely thought
from far away

when my heart was shaken by your words
i know i had it comin'
i am to blame

a wake up call
that made me appreciate what i have
and to be patient for it to arrive

truth is
the warmth of your touch
keeps me company
through the lonely days

and that over rides
all ill words that you said

even when i feel your words blister my soul
i delete what you said
from my heart
and from my mind
i realize your need to unwind

i delete all negative
but never your love

i hope you do the same
in the words i threw out at you
for this i am so ashamed

God reminds me to focus
on the most important thing in my life next to him
and that is your tender heart
that hwe unselfishly gave to me

the warmth of your love
arrived when i needed it the most

the overwhelmin' feelin'
that was accompanied
by God's grace
gave me hope
when my heart gave up and died

you woke it up
you proved to me
that love is strong
that to one another we belong

love is powerful
love never gives up
love is patient

because it comes from God alone
