Determination by Barbara Goodhew

When losing everything that you feel defines you.
We go into a world of settling for the least.
We don't know what to do.
Changing our old life to adapt to our new life.
It isn't easy but with determination we can do it.
If we say to ourselves someday, someday, things will change.
Some may say it's just wishful thinking.
Well, wishes do happen
all we need is DETERMINATION.

Spirits fly on wings of determination
This is such, good advice, wrapped in a poem. Keep Flying, there are clouds in every sky, not all of them lead to thunder storms. Follow the puffy white ones, they lead to valleys full, of spring flowers. As you, all it takes is determination and a spriti that has wings, there are many flowere filled valleys, ahead for all of us.

Some people call my determination stubborness but I like the word determination better. Yep not all days are gloomy.

is what these words are. Thanks for sharing. As another semester draws to an end and I feel like giving up, this poem came just at the right time :)
