I gave you my heart
I gave it to you not once not twice but three times
I held your hand tight
and helped you get through those rough nights
that were always in your sight
I whispered I love you's every time you needed one
and even more often then that
I gave you my heart
I gave you my love
I gave you my every thing
I placed my trust in your hands
but you betrayed it the other day
with a simple kiss for her
I cried a million tears it felt like
but still I held you near
and then it snuck up on me once again
with another simple kiss
just a different girl this time
You made me feel like I wasn't worth a dime
Like I aint worth no mans time
I gave you my heart
I gave you my soul
I said forever and always
hoping you'd keep a hold of that
You plea'd and you cried
and you got down on your hands and knees
and begged me not to leave your side
but its too late for that now
I see who you really are
and this is my final goodbye
I'm taking back my heart
I'm taking back my soul
You leave me heart broken
every time I think of you
So this is the end and I just wont think of no more.
