APARTMENT TO SUBLET FOR THE SUMMER
a gorgeous view displaying
the west side of the mountain
and the glimmering silouette of downtown
with the ability to see the fireworks competitions-
smack in the middle of the campuses of two universities-
easy access to the metro and numerous bus routes-
quaint older building-
high ceilings, original wood trim and moldings, wooden floors-
charming old washroom-
charming old kitchen-
large southeastern windows-
lots of sunshine-
access to rooftop panorama-
lots of ambiance !
APARTMENT TO SUBLET FOR THE SUMMER
huge gas station directly below
blocking direct view of the mountain-
downtown hidden by large old tree-
ability to hear the fireworks competitions-
smack in the middle of two expressways-
near busy and congested corners-lots of fumes-
building in dire need of renovations-
cracked ceilings, original scratched up wood trim and floors-
absolutely no water pressure-
gas stove leaks-
large windows held open by books-
lots of sun reflected into apartment by large metal silver
roof of gas station-
access to rooftop when someone breaks the lock-
lots of ambiance allright !
