Unspoken Words
14 September, 2003
Author: Counsellina
Misty messages swirl within,
and ravage with my soul,
My words are trapped, they cannot escape,
For their message must remain untold...
I'm sorry sometimes is not enough,
For it falls on deafened ears,
But oh my friend please feel my love,
My heart how it does tear....
Teardrops fall upon my cheeks,
They glisten in the night,
The silent thud of my beating heart,
Whispers love each new twilight....
I can't let go of memories,
Or of my love for you,
Our words have caused much pain my friend,
Please feel my sorrow too....
For distant is the Eastern Pine,
It's boughs I long to hold,
My love for you is endless,
My words remain untold...
