I knew that he'd come back
Something just told me so
he hit my life like a lightening bolt
splitting my heart back open and making me feel
-things I didn't know I could feel any more
love does reclaim itself
and the past does repeat itself
so even though I know he'll eventually leave again
I'm just waiting in the moment here with him
