Do You Still Hear?
10 August, 2005
Author: Clive B Ringshall
Hugs and kisses we never did share,
Cold winters warming together passed us by,
Our talks on the phone I still savour your tone,
Is it possible you miss my desire?
A life time has passed, and you’re deep in my soul,
Do you feel me invading all of your thoughts?
In my mind I’m calling your name,
You used to hear me like the lovers we were,
At night I look at my phone in hope,
That I just may again read your text nite nite,
We never parted like others before,
So I feel you now as strong as before,
Is it possible you miss my desire?
If you read my lines and remember me again,
Text me hello and I’ll know to call,
If you read my lines and decide not to call,
I’ll remember you always as the girl I hold dear.
Miss our thoughts talking as though distance was near,
Miss us being one mind together,
Miss your guiding light that always healed my soul,
Do you know this is for you then, now and forever?
Is it possible you miss my desire?
