Feelings Untold
10 August, 2005
Author: SweetVenom
Living with unknown friends,
In a strange city with a peculiar language,
I roam around desperately to find a passage,
To exert my weariness and find new trends.
Having no one to confide the tornadoes in my heart,
I find myself rambling inexplicably, alone in the park,
Crying out at all the failures on my part,
I pen down all my thoughts and just send it across.
Weekends buffs hang around movies and pubs,
While I loathe the common materialistic garb,
I join them to pass the ritualistic life,
Starting with beers and ending with hangovers.
Searching for the never-to-be-found beloved,
Not having the guts to speak to the liked ones,
I keep looking at their beauty with silence,
With a feeling in my heart, ‘I can never own it’.
