Your Love Is Sweet Misery
13 August, 2005
Author: Charmaine
You hurt me time and again,
You made my cry countless of times.
I don’t know why I love you still,
Your love is sweet misery.
You don’t know how much you mean to me,
A simple gesture of care from you touches me.
Just a few little words of concern for me,
Makes me cry buckets thinking of just what we could have been.
But you’re never there for me at all,
When I’m depressed someone else always consoles me.
You never listen to what I have to say anymore,
That hurts because I feel so neglected.
I keep on turning back to the old path,
The old path of absolute pain and darkness.
I don’t know why I do it time and again,
Your love is sweet misery.
