Don't Fear The Rain

The rain no longer scares me,
I can dance in what I once feared to tiptoe in.
I can let it wash over my body and no fear of it all over my skin.
I don't need to be sheltered from its droplets anymore,
I've forgotten what an umbrella is for?
All I know is the rain doesn't scare me the way that it did,
I'm ready to catch the falling rain,
I'm avid to jump in those puddles again.
I don't fear the rain now,
I don't fear it on my face,
I don't see reaching out to it as a scary place.
The rain cannot hurt me and could taste as sweet as nutella?
If I get in too deep, I've always got me umbrella.
I don't need the sun to shine,
if it rains and it pours well that's just fine.
No the rain doesn't scare me any longer.
I can thrive in it when it comes my way.
I can grab it with both hands and scoop up all I require,
it could bucket it down but still couldn't put out this fire.
So let the rain pour over me,
let it lash it down til I can't see.
It doesn't scare me the way that it used too,
no I DON'T FEAR THE RAIN!!!
