Left Alone

Author: Kadhir
The one sitting in the well is longing to get out.
He wants to be alone, but the anger is all that follows his lead.
The anger, inside, is raging and asks to be set free.
But he knowns that this pain is the least of his worries.
They're all around him, not listening to what he has to say.
All talking under their own breathe and whispering lies that aren't true.
For he pays no attention in what they have to say,
Or what they're telling him.
"Come with us and your problems will be set aside and be set free from all the anger."
But there's no use when he's stuck in the well,
Listening to the only sound that calms his nerves,
The sound of falling rocks carried by the wind.
But that sonn fades away, from the smoke that clouds his mind,
And will bring a new light thats only seen with closed eyes.
So he's left alone, living thought-less inside the well of his mind.
