Another Plucked Feather
22 August, 2005
Author: Kadhir
Just as the land settles,
A forsaken mistake is rumored in the wind.
Will I suffer for my sins,
or can I take another breath to hold it in.
A scream out for help,
only heard by the deaf sign.
For a calm will settle the matters,
that subside.
Open arms held out wide,
relieving the thoughts cast aside.
Laugher utters beneath my blood-shot eyes.
Winds blowing shards before the tides.
All left lost,
is now all left found.
A stubborn feather plucked,
by the lost.
Now bleeding from internal cause.
My heart dwells for my calm,
a hunger waiting so long.
But as the wounds heals,
Im able to see the world behind the wind,
Left for another plucked feather.
