Life in general gives you enough pain.
Don't inflict more.
Cutting causes pain.
To yourself and others.
If you like pain, then I understand.
But most of you do it because you want the pain to end.
Don't put pain on top of pain.
There's enough pain in everyday LIFE.

------- Author's Notes -------

please don't think I don't understand, because I do. This is not new, when I was young 40 years ago we did it, only it was called carving. It's like a bad memory that won't go away. From someone that's been there, please try not to mangle your skin any more.

This Is A Message, I hope Is Read.

You and I seem to share our love for a Cutter, lost and feeling without hope. Like you, I pray our friend reads these words from our heart. My words were, "Cuttere, Behold," again I think, we share concern for the same one.Well spoken by your pen, I hope we get through to their hearts.

Hey Barb! Sentimental words. Deep thoughts. Emotional poem. Your poems always seem to counsel in a person's time of need. Thanks.
