I know you aren’t gana write for two weeks,
So I sit tight and wait for the kill.

Two weeks

You didn’t write today.
Maybe your busy. Tomorrow?

Two weeks, 1 day

I’m still here, you know?

Two weeks, 2 days

Did you forget?
Did you go out?
Did you know that I wrote?
Check your mail, bro.
Find the letter which I wrote.
You will find a photo enclosed of me.
It was taken this summer.
Do I look anything like you?

Oh, god! Will you write tomorrow, then?
I get my results. But you already should know. I mentioned that,
And that I miss you more than dad.

Please replay.
I wouldn’t even care if I didn’t achieve.
Just want to read your words,
So please write back.
I told you that I will and still am glued to the chair,
And staring at the screen,
Checking my mail like a mad-man!

Hey girl! What's happening? You had me dying over here with laughter from the line, "Check your mail, bro." That's right bro, check it! Hahahaha.... The title of your poems says it all. We start to get impatient when we wait a little TOO long....you know what I'm saying? Then you start wondering, if they forgot to e-mail, just don't have the time, or said they would knowing darn well they won't. Hurrah and Hooray on this poem! Angel, good luck with the response....if it ever comes....

Hey Meri! Thanks for your warm comment. And yes I finally got the reply which I waited for almost 3 weeks! That drived me right up the wall, but I got it and thats all the matter! You know, I even lost my patience at one point, that I stared to check my mail box every half hour!!! Thats how eager I was!LOL! Thanks again girl! Taylor,yes I do know what you think, and yet again you were right! I woke up, checked mail just for the sake of reading my horoscopes, and found the letter! Well, it has made my day! Thanks Tay!
