Sins

Anger followed by sinful shadows
Shrouds of revenge grow near
Hope for death in youthful mind
Hatred for those who claim dear

Envy for those with better ties
Who steer away from beckoning lies
Jealousy from what will never be
Hoping all she can love dies

Gluttony is how life should be
Thought from youth's lithe frame
Only the desire for the best
No one could possibly name

Greed is what is mostly though
Strong passion for what isn't there
Truth be for youth is
Mind has no need to care

Lust is always hidden within
Never put asleep
No strong power could keep this down
The mortals holding the key to keep

Pride, what a word
Its mean, so true
Youthful mind believes it most
Creating the illusion adue

Sloth; Indeed a crave
No one wishes to bear a chore
Until youth soon find
If continue, race becomes a lore

These seven things, you can describe
Seem to be in youth most days
Though unlike most, sins be craved
By this writer whom lays
