Me And You
10 September, 2005

You and me
Me and you
Don’t go together
Like we used to
Looking down the hall
Of all my memories
I can’t get through any of the doors
‘Cause you have all the keys
Your foolish words
Cut me to my core
And I can’t ever recall
Having been hurt like this before
So this I have decided
To let you go your way
And running through my head
Are the broken things you say
At times I seem most happy
You come and dull my world
Visions of what you do to me
Drift up and come unfurled
I don’t know what to say to you
The one who breaks my heart
Tears of pain course down my face
As we slowly come apart
