Two hearts into one
Sharin’ one cherished night
Filled with you and me
Searchin’ the midnight sky
For fallin’ stars to wish upon
love filled eyes
Lookin’ out into the sea
Starrin’ at the reflection of the moon
Watchin’ over you and me
One cool breeze
Brushin’ up against us
I cain close my eyes
and place you here at my side
But..
others see only the reflection
of one lonely me
Sailin’ my heart as it drifts out into the sea
such an amateur am i
in navigatin' love ,set free
One lonely me
Sittin’ on the dock
Dippin’ my feet
Reminiscin’
On what used to be
one lonely me
one lonely pole in my hand
one more lonely memory
will they remember
the you in me,That lives on forever
all I have left to share
are the precious memories you left me
When I enter into our sacred place
i see and feel you in my heart
i add one more lonely memory
when others see ,they only me,
sittin’ alone
With a smile and a glow
they know..
when i touch my fingers to my lips
and place my hands upon my heart
they feel and touch
my lonely memory
as my pulse and heartbeat
beg for more of your sweet memory
they know that
Your heart still lives in mine
within my lonely memories
