Echoe Of The Key Turning
28 September, 2005

And so...
soon to say bye bye
old house.
Now..
too immersed in frantic packing-
boxing up memorys-
mostly good - poignant,
some bittersweet.
Coming
to realizations
that all was not
what it seemed to be..
Yet
the good light of
early fall
seeps in-
glows amber over
the boxes stacked.
Beauty everywhere.
A pretty picture.
bye bye...
Soon to lock the door-
echoing key turning time
standing still sound-
and be here
no more...
Yet now..adrenalin rushing...
wrapping delicate glass and
kids sculptures-
cracked memorys-
Much beauty in assymetry.
These walls and old mother trees outside
have many storys,
keep secrets well..
letting them out
only to those
who are in tune to natures
cosmic vibrations - good auras
Sun pours in-
cool almost cold air seeps over all
the disorganized mess - the organized chaos
These are only objects.
The feel of the place remains
heavy-
remains light-
I am numb right now-
surrounded by dust-
surrounded by the haunting melody
of the spirited lightness
that roams these rooms..
that will never leave.
