I Wonder What The Blind See

When you and I wake up in the morning, we stretch and rub our eyes
I wonder, what do the blind see, or if they can see at all, do they feel the morning sun
Shining through the blinds that serve no purpose, after all, they are blind
How do the blind walk across the street, they use the eyes of dogs, sometimes

I don't like the word dog, I love and prefer a heart that says love me, I will
Take care of you and they do, so when the sun shines and warms the heart
And Eyes of the blind, don't you wish you had such a friend at your side
Soft and warm on the coldest nights, a friend that is there to lead you at will

Just give the command, let's go, and a heart is excited to take you where
You want to go no questions asked, just love me I'll take you anywhere
Someimes, when I wake and see the sunshine I feel so sorry for the blind
What do they have, just love and companionship that takes them anywhere

They can go anywhere anytime, sometimes I wonder what the blind can see in the
Morning, when the sun begins to shine and shed its warmth, what do the blind
See, what do they feel, always at their side a loving heart that is true every time
See the morning sun, now feel its warmth from a friend, only the blind can see
