I give to you my promise
That I’ll always be there for you
Even when others run
To you I will stay true
I’ll be your sunshine
When storm clouds come your way
Hold you when you cry
And chase away the grey
I’ll be there when you fall
When life becomes a storm
When winter comes to bear
I will keep you warm
And as the night slowly comes
I’ll be the North Star in the sky
You won’t have to fear the dark
For I will always be nearby
I will try to keep you from harm’s way
Support you in anything you do
You can always put your faith in me
