Moonlight Love
2 October, 2005
Author: Newage Caveman
Walk with me along the green meadows
Whisper in the dark with your flushed lips
Talk to me like an angel
Take me to your heart before time slips.
Glide like the swans of Golden River
Sing like the nightingale
Pierce me with the arrows of love from your quiver
Thy shall stand strong amidst the mighty gale.
We shall leap to the skies like the eagles
Only you and me in solitude.
As you knock the doors of heaven
Thy shall rejoice in beatitude.
As we hear the splatter of raindrops
Oh, the pelting is here so soon
Thou shall gaze at the skies above the burnishing grasslands
Thy shall make love to you on the lonely moon.
