Wondering About You
11 October, 2005
Author: Princess Moon
Day after day, I'm thinking of you
Wondering if you're now looking at the sky
At the stars far above, in the dead of night
Wondering on, as time's passing by
I wonder who you are-what you look like, too
Do you compare or share with my fantasy
Of a man who's dashing and looks like prince charming
A man described in the dreams, deep within me
Do you have the shoulders of a masculine lion,
The eyes of an intense hurricane
Does your hair glisten free and streak in the sunlight
Do you have a physique that puts others to shame
Do you close your eyes when violins are playing
To hear the depth of your soul in the calm
Do you choose to wear your morals like rings on your fingers
But keep the Word of God GRIPPED in your palm
Do you stand strong in spirit, as well as physique
When it comes before the face of man
But when you stand before-no-kneel before God
Are you as weak and small as a grain of sand
Are you totally submissive to the God I serve
Do you find you only win battles with HIS might
Will I find you as the man who IS strong in spirit
Not just in eyes, body, and height
Are you to be the man I've longed and prayed for
Are you somewhere ever so near or far
Are you so close you breathe down my neck everyday
Or are you as distant as the most beautiful star
Will you tell me "I love you" on certain days
Not just holidays, but days like any other
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and into five more days after
Tell me those words more times than any known lover
The fact that I know you're somewhere out there
Makes me quiver like a thistle in the midst
Of a field so broad and sugared with sunlight
As of now, I just want to clench my fist
Who are you, where are you; once again, what do you see
At this moment as I take time to look at the sky
Are you seeing the same sight as I behold your same thoughts
Does my same star twinkle in your eye
I long to find you with a heart so anxious, yet afraid
For a "someone" I continue to save myself for
Anxiously holding out my naked ring finger
But afraid because it is as vulnerable as it is pure
I desire that you come soon for the sake of our life together
I have no desire to find you so late in life
I want our love spent while it is as ripe and crisp as God's air on this planet
I want to begin loving you before life's hardship and strife
Divine destiny, I call you; I long to know your name
As I know, that by saying it, it would be music to your ears
That by hearing his name come from the lips of love
It is strong enough to drive any man to tears
Let us find ourselves before the passion has passed
Let us link our souls to one another as planned
Let us stare into each other's eyes for all eternity
Let us walk down life's roads, hand in hand
Let us walk this earth as one flesh to behold
For I, my darling, am driven mad to know who you are
Oh God, till that day our love is finally united
I'll keep God's Word and pray that the time is not far

martin vann (4.226.222.105) -- Thursday, October 13 2005, 04:45 pm Like you, I wonder to, will her lips seek my kiss, will her passion be mine. Will I be strong enough to carry her love and our children to a new generation. Like you, I wonder, will her heart be as strong as the muscles in my arms and make me weak, as I see her smile and take control of me. Stars shine within the moon-light, but its love, as you know, that gives our heart's life, I think of you as your magic man does, he searches for you to. |

Hold true to your expectations for the may you want to marry. God, if you trust him, will answer this prayer. He answered mine when i was 27 and she is everything I want and need. GREAT writing Princess Moon, i do hope you will continue to write. Great Job. |
