Miss Her Kiss

Her sweet smile,
I gaze at for a while.
My heart aches just to hear her speak,
if I woke her would she think me weak?
Holding her hand,
as she slips into the heart of Dreamland.
Wondering if it's me she sees,
still I shush all of my pleas.
Wanting to wake,
her with a kiss not a shake.
Just to hear her call me baby,
would she forgive me hmmm maybe?
Silent I lay,
knowing that soon it'll be day.
She will wake and hold me tight,
so I lay in wait of the sunlight.
Then she'll stir,
lost as we're not the way we were.
Mumbling tiredly, "where did you go?",
filling me with an innerglow.
Nestling in behind,
as our legs become entwined.
Wondering if she knows all of this,
and that it's this time each night I MISS HER KISS?!?
