The Sweet Fall
26 October, 2005
Author: Pondering Red
A slim flame,
elegant and moving
at times,
from a candle
tilted in a japanese ceramic-
- a bit of warmth
on this chilling october
late morning -
My new view
expands through
slender leafed branches.
Tree after tree
hides the highway and -
beyond -
the sky !
November white -
colourless - mirror like
You wander -
doing
some ritualistic chores,
that cannot be avoided
or you
will
fall
faster than
the yellow leaves
shooting
from the lone fat tree
in the back yard.
Anxiety runs
through my every vein,
probably shocks my DNA-
robs me of my tao feeling.
A bad yin and yang mix-
you and I-
opposite unattractive energys-
float
and congele,
stick in the air
of these new rooms
like a heavily stagnated toxic swamp.
Meanwhile all seems well.
Appearances are deceiving.
Good vibrations float and gather-
build to contentment.
Yet,
the bad energy
keeps trying
to attack the kindness.
You eat your cereal,
watching mainstream news.
I watch with eyes open-
eyes shut - with my third eye.
The battle is brewing.
My goal -
to keep the flowing strength,
the strength flowing.
No fight - No blame.
yet winning
with non resistance
is
ever
so sweet !
