it breaks my heart
knowing were so far apart
when all i wanted was for you to love me
but you never have and never will, i had to set free
i couldn't cope with all the pain
my head was spinning i was going insane
you left me lying in a pool of doubt
but all along it was you playing about
i never did anything wrong
it was you who was a hurtful cheat for so long
you were with her right in front of my face
i just stood there and let her take my place
ialways dreamed of being your wife
i wanted to be with you my whole life
but you took me for a fool
whats up babe, is being a player cool?
i hope you realise in time to come i am the one for you
and no other girl is able to treat u the way iused to
but hunny you'll be too late
cause i'm moving on and i aint prepared to sit around and wait
im going to be strong and not shed another tear
never again will i live in un happiness and fear
I've got my dignity and i've got my pride
i will show my face because now i have no reason to hide
my heart will mend one way or another
i will find someone better a new lover
you wil be alone and you will hurt
and all the pain you feel will be ur fault cause you were led astray by that dirty flirt.
------- Author's Notes -------
anyone wh isn't being treated the way they want should move on. DONT ever let anyone control your life stand on your own 2 feet and be proud of what you are! |
