Artisan's Clay
4 February, 2002
Author: Daphne
All the leaves have fallen
And as I write the hands of the artisan
are in the clay.
All is dry around me
but you are the water in the bay
Songs are reaching me from far away
You've turned the sand into clay.
The tears of the Artisan fall in the clay
My emotions are no longer barren now
With your water they sway.
Into the wind
Into the bay .
The work of an Artisan is never in vain
The Artisan puts his fingers
Into the night
Into the clay
You are my Artisan
I am your clay
