A Poem About Love
19 November, 2005
Author: ShyHeart
Lay your blanket down, feel your love by your side
Now, stretch out, hear the sea kiss the land with each wave
Feel the passion, see that star flying by, see the sparks
Become the wings, of a million butterflies, drift to your side
Raise your hands into the heart of God, feel the splendor
Of his love wash toward your soul, feel the love by your side
Now, close your eyes, spread open wide your heart, close your eyes
Feel the sound of life, reaching for your heart in a quiet, sea wave
Now, wake up breath the perfume of God's air, now walk to the garden
The garden of your heart, see the sparks kiss every flower, see them bloom
Butterfly wings made from a flying star, see their wings, flutter in your heart
Feel the love by your side, feel the wings of a fallen star, burn in your heart
