Lost In Despair
1 December, 2005
Author: Tammy
Lost in Valleys of despair
I wander anxiously, and scared.
Over steep mountains I climb
Searching for peace to ease my mind.
And as I walk all alone
I find myself missing home.
Missing laughter, and my friends.
Wishing my sadness soon will end.
Darkened skies do appear,
and further I sink into despair.
Tears streak down my face
And I know this familiar place.
I've been here time after time
it's like a road map with many lines.
I lose direction again i'm lost
I am gonna keep climbing
no matter the cost.
Night has came, and now i'm cold
This pains to much to now let go.
It pulls me deeper inside my shell
again I sit in my tormenting hell.
