Tonight I let go,
falling as I did.
Fearless no more,
just like when I was a kid.

Stepping into the unknown,
with open eyes.
Shocking myself just how much I've grown,
as I forget their lies.

Recognising faith again,
as I open up my heart.
Savouring the taste of my bittersweet pain,
as I set the two apart.

Finding someone I can believe in,
I at last find my smile.
Rewarded for their every sin,
as no more do I feel vile.

Seeing my heart burst at the seams,
I know I've found my way.
Fulfilling every one of my dreams,
as these feelings plea to stay.

Feeling the best I've ever felt,
as I lay amidst my thoughts.
Her name makes my whole body melt,
I wonder does she know that ON HER I DOTES?!?
