They
16 December, 2005
Author: Senko
With light comes laughter,
with dark comes tears,
this is how its been,
for thousands of years.
Till one day "they" came,
and challenged that blight.
And "they" cried by day,
and laughed by night.
Dusk and dawn,
you can hear there snorts and wails.
the melodies reasoning,
louder than church bells.
If with light comes happiness,
and with dark comes sorrw,
how come most of us,
live to see tommorow?
"They" wondered,
while they cried,
shaking their heads in confusion,
and staring at the cerulean sky.
So that morning,
the sun finally won,
and They were not heard from,
ever again.
