Black Bird
17 September, 2003
Author: DarkCloud
Five days five hours
Inside my heart cowers
Every time I think of love
I see a vision of a white dove
As the day goes on and on
I wonder where my mind has gone
That white dove I see
Was not for me
Black as the universe pitch as the night
The white dove turns dark in my sight
As the black turns to white
The black bird vanishes in the light
