Bittersweet Memories.
21 December, 2005
Author: Emma-Louise
Its been so long,
Since I seen your face.
But it’s there inside of me.
I protected you,
Whether you know it,
Or not.
I wonder where you are,
Who you’re with.
Do you remember me?
You were so lovely,
You opened my door,
And woke me in the mornings.
We had little walks,
Around my street,
I ran beside you.
At night you lay,
On the chair beside me,
I kissed your face.
A lot.
I lay on the rug,
You followed,
You lay beside me.
I showed you off,
On my webcam.
You used to climb on my knees.
You were what,
I’ve always wanted.
But now you’ve gone.
Where?
I hope you’re okay,
Your picture still hangs,
I miss you more than ever.
And when I close my eyes,
I venture back to the chair,
I can still feel you under my kiss.
But then you’re gone.
Yet again.
