In my heart I miss you everyday,
Through my eyes I miss your touch,
Not long before you were always there,
Then one day you needed to walk away,

As I asked why looking for an answer,
Closed to my once magnetic charm,
Closed to the looks I gave only for you,
Asking I did with more feeling than before,

Answers you gave by pushing away,
Time heals or so they say,
Everything I gave you took without question,
Nothing you returned not even your love,

As time roles on more distant you become,
My love was not for you, so I’ll walk away,
With hope and happiness for you in these words I truly feel,
To find what in life will make you shine once more,
As the days pass your loving feeling will once more adore,

To you and yours whoever they will be,
I’ll hold a place in a corner of my heart always to remember.
