Changes.

I never thought I’d be who I am now,
I never thought I’d face this.
Yet I’m proud of myself somehow..
Cause I’ve felt true love’s kiss.
I was once a small little child,
Lost in a world that was growing around her.
I was happy, I was in denial..
I’m glad I didn’t know the world as I do now in the future.
My little fingerprints are printed in a box,
It’s scary how much I’ve grown without actually realising.
The people I knew have learnt to bully and mock,
And the real world that surrounds me I’m currently fighting.
Despite the obvious ups and downs in my life,
I am very lucky, it would seem..
I mean one day I’m gonna be a mother and a wife,
Some people don’t even get a chance to dream.
My face changes every day now, but I’m used to it,
Danny says I look more beautiful everytime he sees me.
I used to want to have fun and be free, but now I’m ready to commit.
I never used to look at the world but now I really see.
Wow.. I must be growing up.
