Darkness
10 March, 2003
Author: Dave
sitting down quiet, you hear things that aren't real
fictions created, just so you feel
your friend is inside, your mind is your mate
a maze of creation, leading to your own fate
then darkness sets in, while your not at your best
it settles on top of your panting cold chest
that feeling below, it tightens its grip
smothered by silence, from toe until tip
a voice starts to speak, is it real or just fake
its deep like the ocean but cold like a lake
he speaks of your fears, is it time to break free?
but u cant move an inch, you cant pay the fee
the price is your soul, he wants it to play
its lost deep inside, that's all you can say
see death is too quick, its pain is much less
than sitting here lonely and being depressed...
