In This Place In This Time

in this place and in this time
i wish for my soul to be mine.

i wish to see the happiness
creeping inside of me.

no more hate
no more pain
no more bullying
no more strain.

in this place
in this time
in this world
there must be a future of mine.

take the misery into the dark
let it seep and break apart.

no more worries
no more shame
no one else to be blamed

in this space
and in this place
let there be a familiar face.

dont let the pain win
dont let it see its got you under the chin.

in this place
in this time
i wish for my soul to be mine!

Emotion

Hey Taylor! Don't you just hate it when all your sorrow and demotion...when it feels like they're leaving finally and for the first time in months, weeks, maybe years, you start feeling a hint of happiness easing it's way in. Then all of a sudden, another situation slaps you in the face and you're back to your old, sad, depressed self. I hear you brother James, I hear you!
