Pure contemplation
An abundance of divine light
Knowledge is ineffable
Indelible impressions on the soul.

Divine essence
What was the purpose of the journey?
A display of ethereal visions
Illumination so heavenly sent.

Facts and phenomena
Pointing toward these tenets
Early and mature writings
Display the measure of the man.

Moral elevation
A cycle of perennial joy
Awaits the person seeking
Total and final subjugation.
