Middle Lane Express Train
2 February, 2006
Author: Ben Franklin
Days go by, normal train,
Normal middle Lane.
Then that somone comes along,
train turns to express,
middle Lane turns to outside lane.
Eyes become more aware
Life becomes more fair,
A room is no longer empty
as your standing there.
They bring back that bounce in your step,
they mop up the tears on the floor from the last time you
you wept.
Then on their part something small gets in the way,
for example their past,
strange,
I kind of knew this express train would not last.
