Slow Dancing
4 February, 2006
Author: Clive B Ringshall
Holding you close and moving so slow,
You too hold me soft yet firm,
My hands run down your back,
With a smile your eyes shine in the light,
Feet moving as if on their own they glide,
So graceful our bodies become as one,
This moment between you and me was meant to last,
Moments we’ve shared in bliss,
Dreams we’ve shared and not compared,
Moments we’ve shared they don’t compare,
This moment with you in my arms,
This moment our bodies closer than before,
This moment together we move as one,
This moment our movements become as one,
With grace we portray our love to all,
In harmony we grasp each other tight,
As I lead you in this our very own dance.
