Who Shook Up The World

Who shook up the world
Looks like I stepped into a snow globe
It's falling from the sky
I'm captured in a snow world
Watching all the trees
Holding white stuff on their branches
Not a flaw in site
Not a footprint, it en-trances
Makes me want to play
Rolling snowmen in the front yard
Snowball fights at dusk
Friends wishing we didn't throw so hard
Snow angels by my side
Makes me want to brave the cold
Who shook up the world
Looks like I stepped into a snow globe

Terrie* (66.81.139.39) -- Wednesday, February 15 2006, 03:58 pm Dreamer, i am such a lover of snow, rain of nature snow is my weakest love of life, every year for my Birthday, my husband would chain up the tires drive us up to the snow, rent a cozy cabin for the two of us. there was always so much romance so much to appreciate. my husband used to always tell me, to close my eyes and take the vision before me, into a snow globe when the snow is no longer at my finger tips, when i think of those moments that i caint have back, ohhh how i miss them sooo.. i bring that vision he placed in my heart... lovely read, thank you for bringin' back one of the most precious moments in my life, you describe it the way my husband did. |
