Notice Me
13 February, 2006
Author: Casey
I'm right here
Right beside you
But you don't know
And you don't care
Notice Me
You ignore me
You don't acknowlegde me
I'm not there
But I really am
Notice Me
I don't smile
I don't speak
I show no emotion
Like a walking zombie
Notice Me
You talk about me
Like I'm not there
Can't be by you
When they're around
Notice Me
You laugh and smile
I sit and frown
You don't know me
And you don't try
Notice Me
I am more
Than what you see
But I have no friends
You do nothing
Notice Me
I'm losing you
To everyone
You forgot me
And left me here
Notice Me
You don't see
That something's wrong
Though I sit alone
With no one at all
Notice Me
You sit by me
Like we're best friends
But we hardley talk
Just the two of us
Notice Me
I often wonder
What is a friend
You could be one
But are you mine?
Notice Me
