It Still Hurts
14 February, 2006
Author: Shorty
We walked together for a little while
And it was so hard when I wanted to just reach out and grab your hand
We stopped and I stood there looking into you eyes
My face grew hot and I began to cry
Just one tear ran down my cheek
I never knew you could make me feel so weak
You gave the satisfaction of one last kiss
That I wouldn't have given the world to miss
You whispered good-bye and I looked down and walked away
My heart died that day
The tears were unruly and I couldn't get them to stop
I already missed you so so much
But this day I would remember in vivid detail
That day last year when my heart went to hell
